About HGL

Founded in 2025, the Huntsville Golf League (HGL) was built on a shared passion for golf and a strong sense of community. Our mission is simple: Bring golfers together for competitive, fun, and rewarding experiences across some of Alabama’s most scenic courses.

HGL hosts a 20-week season of stroke play tournaments played along the renowned Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, where players earn points based on their weekly finishes. The season features four major championships that elevate the stakes and showcase the league's top talent.

To close out the year, we introduce our signature Captain's Cup, a thrilling match play event that highlights team spirit and competitive edge.
